SeekHall will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition.

At SeekHall, we offer custom sizing on most of our dresses! Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double-check your measurements and color choice before ordering.

We offer limited alterations reimbursement for custom sizes. Simply send us a picture of your receipt from the tailor and your order number and we'll do the rest!

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer an exchange service at this time. Because all items are made-to-order, you will need to return unwanted items (if eligible) and then place a new order for replacement items.

HOW TO RETURN

Submit a return request at Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the reason and photographs.
Once approved, you will receive a return form. Send items using local post within 7 days of receiving the form.
Upon receipt, items will be inspected for original condition.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days.

Generally, the processing time may vary according to the complexity of different dresses. The required time is usually as followings:

Wedding dresses: 1-2 weeks.
Bridesmaid dresses: 2-8 days.
Prom dresses: 2-8 days.
Mother of the bride dresses: 2-8 days.

The delivery time of accessories and swatches is up to our inventory. They are able to be shipped within 24 hours if we have sufficient stock. Please notice that the shipping address can not be changed if your package has been sent out already.
