FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE DRESSES, SHOES, AND ACCESSORIES:

SeekHall will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition.

Please note:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached.

  • Original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.

  • As all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchases. Our team may cancel orders believed to have been made with that intention.

FOR ALL CUSTOM SIZE DRESSES:

At SeekHall, we offer custom sizing on most of our dresses! Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double-check your measurements and color choice before ordering.

We offer limited alterations reimbursement for custom sizes. Simply send us a picture of your receipt from the tailor and your order number and we'll do the rest!

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer an exchange service at this time. Because all items are made-to-order, you will need to return unwanted items (if eligible) and then place a new order for replacement items.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Submit a return request at Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the reason and photographs.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return form. Send items using local post within 7 days of receiving the form.

  3. Upon receipt, items will be inspected for original condition.

  4. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel within 24 hours of payment: Full refund.

  • Cancel 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.

  • Cancel 72-120 hours after payment: 70% refund + shipping fee.

  • Cancel > 120 hours after payment: 60% refund + shipping fee.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

We will handle your order within 24 hours and inform our tailors to start custom making your dresses. So if you would like to cancel this order, please contact us within 48 hours. We may will charge you a number of fees for cancellation over 48 hours because the fabric and other material prepared for your dress have already been cut and wasted.

Generally, the processing time may vary according to the complexity of different dresses. The required time is usually as followings:

  • Wedding dresses: 1-2 weeks.

  • Bridesmaid dresses: 2-8 days.

  • Prom dresses: 2-8 days.

  • Mother of the bride dresses: 2-8 days.

The delivery time of accessories and swatches is up to our inventory. They are able to be shipped within 24 hours if we have sufficient stock. Please read the important information above carefully to better understand our work. Therefore, we sincerely suggest you choose a reasonable delivery date and inform us of your ideal delivery date by responding to our confirmation email. We will quickly start to handle your order if all the information is clearly confirmed.

Please notice that the shipping address can not be changed if your package has been sent out already. Therefore if you want to change the shipping address, please inform us via email as soon as possible. If you do have to change the address, we can help you contact the express company to make a revise, but it may cost extra fees. And customer should be responsible for the extra fees. We will inform you of the tracking number soon after delivery. You can check and track your order on their official website.

Note: The colour of the products displayed on your computer or mobile-phone may be slightly different from the actual colour. This is the common problem of different display equipment. Therefore if you want to order the bridesmaid dresses in bulk, we strongly recommend you to order our swatches and fabric samples first. You can then place your bulk order after you are sure about the colour of our products.

Expedited Shipping This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 2-6 days to all major destinations. Expedited shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your order, starting from US$ 20.99.

Standard Shipping Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 3-8 days to all major destinations. Standard shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your order, starting from US$ 14.99.

Super Saving Shipping Super saving shipping is the most cost-saving method. But it will take 10-30 days to all major destinations. Super saver shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your order, starting from US$ 5.

This is a measurement of the fullest part of your bust or body circumference at the bust. It is a body measurement which measures the circumference of a woman's torso at the level of the breasts.

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust and center the tape on your back so it's levelled all the way around.

*Tips:
This isn't your bra size!
Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides.
Wear the bra you're planning to wear with your dress when taking this.

This is a measurement of your natural waistline, or the smallest part of your waist.

Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor. Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist.

This is a measurement around fullest part of your buttocks.

Wrap tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually 7-9" below your natural waistline. Keep tape parallel with floor all the way around.

This is the distance from your hollow to the hem of the dress.

Hold the measuring tape at your hollow while a friend pulls it down to the length you want your dress.

*Tips:
When taking this measurement, stand straight with your feet together.
We define knee length as the area just below your knee caps.
Measuring too high may result in a dress that is too short.
If this is a floor length dress please make sure you measure without wearing shoes.
